Return Period

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, with the original tags still on and in its original packaging. Gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at support@shopvaresse.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Within 24 hours on working days, we will email you the return address and your return instructions. Please do not send items back before you have received our email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is defective, damaged or not as described. In that case we cover the return shipping charges. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the item, so we can make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and has been inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days before the refund appears on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item following the steps above and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order at no charge as long as it has not been dispatched yet. Email us at support@shopvaresse.com with your order number and we will cancel it and refund the full amount.
