Our orders are fulfilled by our partner SHEN ZHEN KUAIKUA TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd and shipped from their warehouse in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. Our customer service team answers every message by email, usually within 24 hours on working days.
